average hotel with service issues
unhappy staff ironing absence
The restaurant service disappointed me. I found it hard to get drinks or have tables cleaned. staff often seemed unhappy and unapproachable, a problem i encountered daily. ironing facilities were absent. I was told to use the pressing service at €4 per item. the air conditioning in one room didn't work. It took over twelve hours to move to another room. this made sleeping difficult due to the heat.

fantastic stay!
private pool stocked minibar diverse selection expertly cooked steak
The staff offered an upgrade to a pool villa upon arrival, giving us a private pool area and pool bar. I found it very generous! the minibar was restocked daily, helpful. there was a diverse selection of food. I found the steak restaurant well worth the extra charge. the sirloin steak i had was expertly cooked.
The only minor issue i encountered was that the air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working correctly, resulting in a temporary room change. it was resolved quickly.
